Prepare audit responses, legal briefs, and ruling requests. Conduct legal research and prepare technical analyses. Assist with tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Stay informed on tax laws and regulations. Participate in client meetings and business development. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials. Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas. Skills Knowledge of NewYork State and local tax laws.
