Olathe KS 66061 Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:45am - 3:15pm with daily and weekend OT as needed. 2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm with daily and weekend OT as needed. 3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am with daily and weekend OT as needed. Job Description

The position will be responsible for assisting in press brake operation. The position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere.

Education / Experience / Certifications: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Previous shake experience preferred but not required

Activities / Tasks: Assists in set-up of brake Assists brake operator with the forming operation Place correct labels on parts and sorts to correct JIT kit Assists in inspection of parts Safely and effectively use tools such as hand tools, measuring tape, and machine equipment

Skills and Abilities: Ability to interpret, sort paper work, and engineering drawings correctly preferred, but not required Ability to plan work and select proper tools Ability to compare and accurately determine difference in size, shape, and form of objects Ability to apply shop mathematics to solve problems Ability to correctly and safety use hand tools (both manual and pneumatic) Ability to read a tape measure in metric and imperial standards Ability to read effectively from a paper copy Ability to work within precise limits and/or standards of accuracy Ability to multi-task Ability to work well with others Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to communicate effectively Ability to follow and understand directions
