Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license for Idaho
• Knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment plans
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to tailor interventions for students with various physical needs across K-12
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Collaborative approach working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for assigned students
• Deliver physical therapy services in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain thorough records
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into students’ educational routines
• Provide recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive devices as needed
• Participate in periodic meetings as part of the educational team
