Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status
• Licensure (or ability to obtain) for practice in California
• Prior experience or internship in a pediatric or school-based setting
• Competency in teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement targeted IEP goals and evidence-based intervention plans
• Deliver therapy directly and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain detailed progress reports and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Stay current on best practices in school-based and pediatric SLP
