Computer Systems AdministratorLocation: Troy, MIType of Hire: CWRQualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired or comparable work experienceRequirements:Experience using various tools to image and configure computer devices for mass deploymentsExperience with tools that allow for remote deployment of software licensesExperience with mass deployments is strongly preferredExcellent customer service is requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionExperience in the financial industry preferredUnderstanding of asset management functionsSkills:Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate and collaborate with customersStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong customer service skillsTechnology:Knowledge and understanding of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systemsMicrosoft Certification (MCP), MCE, ITIL Foundation, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) – preferredVMware & Citrix virtual desktop experience (preferred)Experience creating, using and editing batch files, shell scripts, or other programming languagesAbility to review and understand Windows event viewerExperience using remote management tools to support remote officesKnowledge of and experience using system management consoles (e.g., Active Directory, Console One, Altiris, Safeboot, etc.)Knowledge of and experience working with desktop, laptop and thin client hardwareExperience in computer networkingFounded in 2007, InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) & Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certified Company specializing in providing IT Consulting, IT Staffing Solutions, and Software solutions.
