Want a sales career with real upside? Our State Farm office in Vestavia Hills, AL is hiring in-person sales reps. What you'll do: - Quote and sell auto, home, and life insurance to warm leads and referrals - Follow up with prospects, round out accounts, and ask for referrals - Learn the products inside-out — we train you What you need: - No insurance license required — we'll sponsor and coach you through licensing (must be willing to get licensed within 60 days) - Sales, retail, or customer-service experience preferred — hungry recent grads welcome - Coachable, competitive, reliable, and good with people What you get: - Salary + commission — realistic $60–80k year one, $80k+ after - 401k - Paid training + licensing support - Clear growth path in a local State Farm office
