Day-in-the-life: Industrial Production Equipment Operator

Join multiple manufacturing clients across Richmond & Ashland as a skilled operator keeping production on track. Earn $18–$22/hour on 2nd or 3rd shift while running equipment with safety, quality, and speed.

• Arrive, review work orders, and prepare your workstation.
• Start up and operate production machinery, confirming correct settings.
• Make routine adjustments to maintain product quality and throughput.
• Watch for mechanical or quality issues and respond quickly.
• Follow plant safety procedures and production guidelines without compromise.
• Wrap up by cleaning and organizing your area for the next team.

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine adjustments to sustain quality and productivity.
• Monitor machines for mechanical concerns and quality variations.
• Adhere to all safety rules and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and compliant workstation.

• Previous machine operating experience in a production setting.
• Ability to make simple equipment adjustments and changeovers.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Comfort standing for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Pay: $18–$22 per hour.
• 2nd and 3rd shift openings.
• Locations: Richmond & Ashland.
• Hands-on training provided on first shift where applicable.
