- Flexible Schedule: Complete 32 billable hours per week with 8 non-billable hours. Enjoy the freedom to adjust your work hours as long as you meet your monthly quota.
- Hybrid Opportunities: Work from home using telehealth as part of our flexible approach.
- No Billing or Scheduling Hassles: Simply submit your worked hours and fill out SOAP notes. Our dedicated scheduler and trainer handle scheduling and RBT training.

- Paid Time Off: Enjoy 80 hours of PTO and 9.5 paid holidays.
- Material and Assessment Assistance: Support available for creating materials, assessment prep, and other non-billable tasks.
- Dedicated Part-Time BCBA: Lead therapist would assist with making or retrieving materials, prep for sessions, etc.
- Case Coverage: We ensure coverage for your cases during vacations or out-of-office periods.
- Potential for Advancement: Opportunities to grow into roles such as Clinical Supervisor, Lead Supervisor, or Clinical Director.
- Ongoing Training and Supervision: Benefit from training, supervision, and case support from experienced professionals.
- Manageable Caseload: Maintain a caseload of 10 full-time clients with staggered scheduling to reduce stress and allow for effective programming.
- Team Building: Participate in fun and unique team-building experiences.
- Responsive Management: Work with a management team that values a strong company culture and provides responsive support.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Use research and clinical experience to create and adjust individualized plans.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and make necessary revisions.
- Conduct Assessments: Utilize ABA-approved assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS.
- Collaborate with Professionals: Work with teachers, doctors, and other Behavior Analysts to support clients.
- Supervise and Train RBTs: Provide supervision and training according to APF and BACB guidelines.
- Administrative Duties (as needed).
- Education: Master's Degree in ABA, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: BCBA Certified (or sitting for the exam within 6 months of application).
- Experience: Proven experience working with children with autism is preferred but not required.
