Role Overview Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care, ensuring adherence to practice standards for the designated patient population. Assume full accountability for clinical decision-making during service hours and manage a private office if applicable. Offer scheduled office visits and after-hours call coverage for patients, coordinating call coverage with colleagues for holidays, vacations, and time off. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational and administrative policies, including budgeting, billing, and practice management decisions. Maintain responsibility for risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with coding and documentation standards. Ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory and institutional requirements and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Engage in community and professional activities, including speaking, education, and clinical projects. Support academic collaborations, mentorship, and uphold professionalism within the organization. Perform other duties as needed to support the practice and organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical decision-making and accountability skills.
