Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants who take pride in their work and understand the importance of cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. This is a physically active, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, time management, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to Hilton cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and replenish guest amenities.
• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns or damages.
• Properly handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist team members and other departments when needed.
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to complete assigned rooms within established cleaning time standards.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback and direction.

Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour
