Role Description The Retail Salesperson role at Prime Communications is a full-time, on-site position based in Marcus Hook, PA. In this role, the team member assists customers in choosing wireless plans, devices, and accessories that fit their needs, while providing clear product information and answering questions. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting sales transactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining store merchandising and cleanliness standards. The Retail Salesperson also supports troubleshooting basic device issues, processes returns and exchanges, and ensures a positive in-store experience for every visitor. Collaboration with store leadership and peers to achieve performance goals and uphold Prime’s customer-focused values is an essential part of this position. Qualifications Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet performance goals and close customer purchases. Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally. Ability to develop and maintain Product Knowledge for wireless devices, plans, and accessories, and explain features clearly. Previous experience in retail, wireless, or consumer electronics sales is preferred. Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and following established processes and compliance standards. Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions, using point-of-sale systems, and updating customer records. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
