This role follows visitor patterns and business needs, so we schedule shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for:We keep it simple: connect, help, invite, and schedule.Greet visitors in a friendly, respectful way and start short conversationsAsk what guests love most about their trip and share quick recommendations for dining, shopping, and local highlights around WaikoloaProvide useful information about Oahu Island—beaches, scenic drives, cultural sites, family-friendly activities, and planning tips using approved resourcesWhen available, share eligible offers, promotions, or discounts using approved materials (accuracy and compliance matter!)Invite eligible guests to interact directly to discover more about vacation ownershipSchedule guest appointments for presentations and previews (plus mini-vacation packages when applicable) and clearly explain where to go, when to arrive, and what to expectEnter accurate guest/appointment info into basic systems (tablet, iPad, or PC), keep your space organized, and work toward daily and weekly goals with coachingWe often hire from retail, kiosks/booths, promotions, customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, call centers, or business development. Experience with metrics, goals, and incentive-based pay is beneficial. Strong Hawai'i knowledge is also a plus.
