Chedraui USA issearching for an experienced Regional Human Resources Business Partner for our facilitylocated at 12430 4th St. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
JOBSUMMARY:
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner implements Human Resourcestrategies, analyzes business information and leads Human Resources andbusiness initiatives in the Distribution Center. This position engages inemployee relations issues, partners with Talent Acquisition on staffing andselection, and supports personnel development activities. The Regional HumanResources Business Partner anticipates business needs, thinks proactively andresponds quickly, appropriately and professionally to staff issues at theDistribution Center which employs and fosters a values centered culture andpartners with the business to achieve organizational objectives over 1,000+ employees across three shifts over a seven-day scheduled work week.Occasional weekend and overnight work may be required depending on operationalneeds.

This is an onsiteposition. Candidates must be able to report to the Rancho Cucamonga Facility fivedays a week.


DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:
Under the guidance of the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner,they collaborate with and provide guidance to the Distribution Center staffregarding the department functions and needs of the business such ascompensation, legal compliance, complaint reporting and investigations, leavesof absence, talent acquisition, HRIS, and benefits. Ensure compliance withcompany personnel policies in the assigned area and assist with compliance withall federal, state, and local employment laws.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred,
• 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity dealing with complex business and Human Resources issues
• Human Resources experience within a distribution, warehouse or manufacturing facility preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.

COMPENSATION: The starting salary for this position is$74,000.00. The actual starting pay will be determined by anumber of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.
