HR Business Partner – TalentZok
OVERVIEW

Immediate opening for an HR Business Partner in Salem, NH who possesses:
Extensive experience working with ADP Workforce Now representatives
Experience running payroll for 100+ employees
Experience with leave management and benefit administration
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Partnering with our internal HR lead and benefits broker to prepare for Open Enrollment, including drafting employee communications
Liaising with the ADP support team to troubleshoot issues related to payroll, benefits, and system configurations
Assisting in managing carrier feeds and benefits-related vendor coordination
Supporting broader HR functions including recruiting, ATS usage, and general employee support
Being available to jump in wherever needed across our HR team, which handles everything from payroll to employee relations
The selected candidate will also possess:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort navigating HR systems and acting as a point of contact with vendors and external partners
Previous experience working on a lean or collaborative HR team
Familiarity with talent management or employee relations a plus
Salary Range: $40.00/hour
