Customer Care Advocate (Remote)
Must reside within 50 miles of Cary, NC
Start Dates: 12/7 or 12/14
Remote role with 8 weeks of in-person training in Cary, NC and monthly office engagement days
Seeking Customer Care Advocates to support customers with insurance-related inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and benefits. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and prior experience working in a remote call center environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of remote call center customer service experience
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Reliable wired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi not accepted)
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST
Preferred:
- 2+ years of call center/customer service experience
- Insurance, dental, healthcare, or benefits experience
- Salesforce experience
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
