Family Medicine Physician | Outpatient Only | No Call, No Weekends
Location: Lancaster, CA
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $228,000–$350,000 (DOE)**

Overview :
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday schedule
• No weekends and no call responsibilities
• 100% outpatient practice
• Average patient volume: 23–25 patients per day
• Flexible 10-hour shift options available
• Competitive salary: $228,000–$350,000
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct annual wellness visits, physical examinations, and preventive screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
• Promote patient education and preventive health initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Three or more years of clinical experience preferred
