As a Business Boutique Manager for our elevated NorthPark Center Boutique, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore. You will lead the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result. You will take ownership as a leader to: Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and procedures Manage the NorthPark Boutique effectively, leading by example Drive the team to achieve commercial success Inspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunities Create a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach Build a strong client centric team. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a retail management position, ideally within the Australian designer or luxury market A client-centric customer service approach Demonstrated experience in improving financial performance Proven success in team member development Experience managing a large number of team members, proven success in team member development Why work with us?
