Job Role 1: Voice AI Quality Analyst EchoMind is seeking a Voice AI Quality Analyst to evaluate, test, and improve speech recognition and recitation accuracy across our AI-driven voice platform. The role focuses on analyzing voice inputs, validating AI responses, and enhancing user experience. Key Responsibilities Test voice recognition and recitation outputs for accuracy and clarity Analyze AI responses for pronunciation, tone, and fluency Log defects and inconsistencies in voice outputs Work closely with AI/engineering teams to improve models Validate multilingual voice data and recitation flows Create quality reports and improvement recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Language / Arts / Science preferred) Strong listening and analytical skills Basic understanding of AI or voice applications (training provided) Skills Required Excellent verbal comprehension Attention to detail Basic computer skills Familiarity with audio tools is a plus Experience 0-3 years (Freshers welcome) #J-18808-Ljbffr Remote Jobs
