Responsibilities: • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures Qualifications: • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • National food and health safety regulations knowledge
