Job Opportunity – Maternal Fetal Medicine – Virginia

Start Date: June 29 (additional dates: Sept 21-22 and ongoing)

Location: Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Office-based and inpatient coverage; approximately 27 scheduled patients per day; rotation between two clinic sites located 30 minutes apart; weekday and weekend call required

Highlights:

• Practice focused on high-risk pregnancy (95% high-risk, 5% low-risk)
• Work alongside one other MFM physician in a two-provider service model, plus NP support
• Level III Nursery; EPIC and Viewpoint EMR systems
• Onsite ultrasound with GE equipment; supported by RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, and front office team
• Full range of MFM procedures including amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and cerclage (preferred)
• Travel expenses reimbursed: flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rate

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• MFM Fellowship completion
• Virginia state license
• BLS certification
• AIUM Certification preferred
• Self-Query NPDB report required at time of presentation (within 30 days)
