Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay:  $33.00-36.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to join a growing operations team in Reno, NV. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong experience in boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and cooling towers who takes pride in keeping facilities running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, cooling towers, and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems
• Support plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and general building repairs
• Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
• Move office furniture, equipment, and materials as requested
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and operational issues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 10+ years of facilities maintenance experience required
• Strong experience with boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and cooling towers
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, maintenance procedures, and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and solve problems independently
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• EPA
