Role Summary The Operations Associate is a key member of the school’s operations team. The role involves welcoming callers, guests, and visitors, handling data entry for attendance, enrollment, and nutrition programs, maintaining accurate records, supporting school community events, and performing additional related duties as assigned. Essential Responsibilities Receive calls and walk‑in inquiries, provide information, make referrals, and direct guests to proper destinations. Process data entry and maintenance related to attendance, enrollment, nutrition, and other programs. Complete sales and write receipts for incoming funds (uniform sales, food services, fundraisers). Provide supervision of scholars during passing periods, lunches, or as needed. Maintain accurate and orderly confidential records, both online and in physical copies. Prepare, receive, send, and maintain records and correspondence as needed. Support the execution of school community events and initiatives. Communicate with families and external partners as needed. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidates Belief: Hold the belief that all scholars deserve a quality education and can earn a four‑year college degree.
