Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery in Los Angeles, CA, United States. Start date: 08/17/2026. 8-week travel assignment with guaranteed 48 hours per week. Night shift (3x12-hour nights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: home healthcare – hospice. Compensation: $2,491 to $2,682 per week. Employment type: Travel – Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Collect and analyze data, develop and implement a care plan to attain outcomes, and evaluate progress
- Provide patient and family education; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team
- Document care and communication in the patient record, including appropriate use of the EPIC system

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS)
- Experience: At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- EMR: EPIC experience required within the last 12 months
- Additional: Ability to work in a home healthcare – hospice setting
