The Opportunity Bethany Medical is seeking a high‑impact Executive Vice President (EVP) to serve as a key leader in general administration across a large, independent multi‑specialty medical group. This is a hands‑on executive role for someone who wants to build, scale, and improve a complex healthcare organization with meaningful ownership upside. The EVP will oversee core business functions and the administration of all departments. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to drive growth, improve efficiency, and execute strategic initiatives across the enterprise. It is important to note that this is a role in an exciting independent (non‑hospital‑based) multi‑specialty group that has been selected as a Triad Business Journal fastest fifty growing companies for four years and counting. This person will work closely with the CEO, President, and COO of the company. Who We Are Looking For 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience in an independent practice setting Strong background in multi‑site medical group operations Proven ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously Financially literate and operationally driven Comfortable in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment High ownership mindset with a focus on execution MBA or relevant master’s degree required Compensation & Ownership Competitive Salary and bonus based on performance.
