Job Description

Position Title: Weekend Breakfast Attendant (Friday–Sunday)

Schedule: Part-time, weekends (typically early mornings, 5:30 AM–12:00 PM, depending on hotel needs)

Typical Weekend Duties On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings, the attendant often:

Arrives before breakfast service to prepare food and beverages.
Greets guests and keeps the buffet stocked during peak breakfast hours.
Cleans and sanitizes the dining area throughout service.
Breaks down the breakfast area after service and prepares it for the next day.

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner

Set up and prepare the breakfast bar before service begins.
Cook and replenish hot breakfast items according to brand standards.
Prepare beverages, cereals, pastries, fruit, and other breakfast offerings.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
Monitor food levels and restock items as needed.
Interact courteously with guests and respond to questions or requests.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Clean tables, counters, serving equipment, and kitchen areas.
Wash dishes and utensils used during breakfast service.
Properly store food and supplies after breakfast ends.
Assist with inventory and notify management of supply needs.
Perform additional housekeeping or hotel support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred.
Food service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
Reliable attendance, especially for early morning shifts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
