An award-winning global marketing agency is seeking a Media Director to lead digital media strategy for a major entertainment account. This is an opportunity to shape integrated campaigns, mentor a talented team, and partner with high-profile clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Who You Are You have 6+ years of digital media planning, strategy, and buying experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role Hands‑on expertise with Meta and Google Ads platforms Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, YouTube, programmatic, CTV, and digital media planning Experienced leading client relationships and managing high‑performing teams Analytical, strategic, and comfortable translating campaign data into actionable insights Entertainment marketing experience is a plus What You’ll Do Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies across multiple paid channels Lead, mentor, and support a team of media planners and buyers Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing recommendations that align with business objectives Monitor campaign performance, optimize results, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, high‑impact campaigns Contribute to agency growth through strategic planning and new business initiatives What Success Looks Like Media campaigns achieve measurable performance goals and business impact Clients receive strategic guidance and exceptional service Campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and optimized for maximum performance The media team continues to grow, innovate, and deliver outstanding results Salary Range: $110,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid (2 days on site, 3 remote) Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
