DVM Veterinary Dentist Springfield, OR
A veterinary hospital is seeking a Veterinary Dentist to join its specialty team and support the continued growth of its dental service. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental and oral conditions in companion animals
- Perform dental procedures, including extractions, periodontal treatments, and oral surgeries
- Develop treatment plans and provide follow-up care for dental patients
- Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses, procedures, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Contribute to the growth and development of the dental service
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Experience or strong interest in veterinary dentistry and oral surgery
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
