In this role, you'll promote well-known and well-respected consumer products for oral health. The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will:Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the territoryIndependently plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action and dependent on each customer's clinical needs.Develop business relationships within targeted Dental Practitioners and achieve designated call expectations with a focus on the Dentist and HygienistDeliver scientific product presentations to customers in territory outlining products, features, benefits and servicesUnderstand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needsAchieve quarterly and annual sales goalsAlong with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:A Bachelor's Degree1-2 years Hygiene or 1-2 years Business to Business (B2B) or 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience preferredA proven track record of success with outside sales experience preferredSales Aptitude REQUIREDKnowledge and experience in dental field preferredAbility to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specifiedMust live within territory or within territory boundaries.At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
