Digital Marketing Manager (Contract ~ 6 Months)

WSS is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team for a six-month temporary opportunity and help shape and execute WSS's expanding omnichannel marketing strategy across paid media and influencer marketing, with the potential for extension based on business needs. In this role, you'll help grow our paid media presence across Search, Social, Connected TV (CTV), Streaming Audio, and other digital channels while leading influencer marketing initiatives that support store openings, product launches, community events, and seasonal campaigns. What You'll Do Lead paid media strategy, execution, and performance across Search, Social, YouTube, Connected TV (CTV), Streaming Audio, Programmatic, and other digital channels. Serve as the primary day-to-day partner to our paid media and influencer agencies, overseeing campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance recommendations. Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including creator partnerships, campaign planning, content coordination, event activations, and approval workflows. Partner closely with Brand, Merchandising, Creative, Retail Operations, and agency partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Review media plans, budgets, audience targeting, campaign performance, and post-campaign insights to continuously optimize results and maximize ROI. We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid media and influencer marketing. Experience managing media and influencer agency partners. Hands‑on experience with Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, Connected TV (CTV), Streaming Audio, media planning, campaign optimization, attribution, and performance reporting. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Retail, fashion, footwear, or consumer brand experience is a plus. Date: Approximately six-month temporary opportunity, with the potential for extension based on business needs. Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week, with flexibility during key campaigns, store openings, and special events. Location: Hybrid work arrangement , with onsite collaboration expected Tuesday–Thursday (schedule may vary based on business needs).
