We also provide bonus incentives and hotel discounts.Must be available 3rd shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMPrevious hospitality experience is highly desired.Job Description: Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.Job Duties:Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.Provide expedient check-in/check-out serviceProvide superior guest serviceEntering/changing reservation information on PMSProcessing payments from guestsProvide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/servicesReview and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow databaseJob Requirements:Must possess excellent customer service and communication skillsBe self-motivated and able to work independentlyClean background check, and reliable transportation a must.Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
