Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Roswell, NM 88201 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Position Type: 10-Week Travel Contract Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a skilled nursing facility in Roswell, NM on a 10-week contract. This overnight role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment. Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for all residents during overnight hours. Qualifications: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on overnight shifts.
