Qualifications and Experience Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) Eligibility for SLP state licensure Recent experience in school-based speech therapy settings Skill in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to adapt as the district finalizes its staffing decision Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop targeted, measurable intervention plans in coordination with educators and families Provide direct and consultative SLP services to a culturally diverse student population Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation for compliance Collaborate regularly with school staff, fostering a supportive environment for student growth Participate in IEP meetings and student support activities as needed Compensation for this position ranges from $35.22 to $55.22.
