All About Painting (AAP) is an established, growing commercial painting company serving South Florida in commercial, new-construction, hospitality and production-home work.

About the Role

Due to increased growth, we are adding a General Manager / Operations Manager to lead our field and office operations. This is a full-time, on-site/field role covering Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop and hold accountable our superintendents, field managers and foremen
• Oversee crew and subcontractor scheduling and manpower across multiple active jobsites
• Drive job production, budgets and margins: track labor hours, materials and change orders, and fix underperforming jobs
• Set and enforce quality standards and punch-list/closeout processes
• Oversee jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
• Run a clean handoff of awarded jobs from estimating into production
• Hire, train and build the field team; set expectations and KPIs and follow through
• Build relationships with GCs, builders and hospitality clients; grow revenue and profit
• Report to the owner on job status and company performance

What You Bring

• Deep painting-industry experience in commercial and/or new construction (required)
• A track record running multiple crews at once or managing a large, multi-crew operation
• Strong command of production, scheduling, job costing and margin control
• A leader who holds people accountable while keeping crews and subs motivated
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; able to travel daily across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach

Nice to Have

• Spanish (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required)
• OSHA 30
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software

Compensation

Pay: TBD – competitive, based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunity
