As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler focused on nitrogen systems, you will turn engineering intent into reliable, tested equipment.A day in the lifeYou begin by reviewing engineering drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. With that roadmap, you stage parts and subassemblies and move into build mode: making mechanical assemblies, routing tubing for pneumatic connections, and installing electrical components. Throughout the shift, you rotate across stations, support teammates, and keep your workspace clean and organized.What you'll build and verifyElectro-mechanical nitrogen generation systems, components, and subassemblies aligned to schematics and documented procedures.Mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, tubing runs, and pneumatic interfaces meeting quality and safety standards.Installed wiring harnesses, sensors, switches, relays, and control components neatly routed and secured.How you'll ensure it worksConduct functional checks, nitrogen purity verification, and leak tests to validate performance.Troubleshoot issues, then collaborate with leadership and engineering to resolve assembly or quality concerns.Inspect incoming parts and finished assemblies against specifications and document results accurately.Tools, quality, and documentationUse hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, self-tapping wrenches) and power tools, including air drivers torqued between 3–55 in/lbs.Enter production and inspection data in computer-based systems with precision.Follow written instructions from operation manuals and accept constructive feedback to continuously improve.Physical and production flowRepetitively handle parts weighing 1–10 lbs.; team-lift components over 25 lbs. as needed.Package parts into cartons, tape boxes using auto tape dispensers, and prepare large crates.Move pallets of completed parts with a pallet jack (approx. 42–900 lbs. per pallet).Collaboration and safetyMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company safety policies and procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional team efforts.Assist with additional production or assembly tasks as assigned.You bring strength inPneumaticsPipefittingElectrical / electronic systemsIndustrial electrical workEquipment installation and wiringBlueprint and schematic readingIf you’re motivated to grow your craft while advancing a mission that saves lives, we’d like to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
