Base pay range $16.04/hr - $24.06/hr No C2C Inquiries Overview: ASAP (Allied Staff Augmentation Partners, Inc.) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Business Support Representative to support a high-performing team in Muscle Shoals, AL. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for local candidates looking to contribute to a dynamic organization through vital administrative and clerical functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support including filing, document management, and scheduling. Process data and generate standard reports using business information systems. Organize and compile business and technical documents and maintain accurate records. Support functions related to accounting, procurement, materials, and office management. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately. Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation. Provide backup support to other administrative staff and assist with miscellaneous office tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred. Post-secondary coursework in business is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Typing skills may be assessed. Must be local to Muscle Shoals, AL and available to work onsite full-time .
