Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Rockford, IL We're partnered with a mid-sized, family-owned GC that's been a staple in the market for 70+ years. They're looking to bring on a Superintendent with commercial experience to support a growing pipeline of projects in the Rockford area.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations from start through completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure projects stay on track for safety, quality, and timelines
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and internal teams
What they're looking for:
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to run projects independently and keep teams aligned
