We are hiring an Inventory Clerk for a Cold Storage Warehouse in Denton, TX. The rate is $19/hr weekly pay. 1st shift is Mon-Fri 5:45am-Finish plus weekends. 2nd shift is Mon-Fri 1:45pm-Finish plus weekends. 3rd shift is Mon-Fri 9:45pm-Finish plus weekends. Overtime is required. The Warehouse Inventory Clerk plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining efficient inventory control within a medium-sized warehouse team. Utilizing an automated Warehouse Management System (WMS), this position involves regular operation of warehouse machinery and requires attention to detail in stock auditing, order processing, and quality control. The role offers opportunities for advancement within the warehouse department and occasionally requires evening or weekend work.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory using the automated Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy
• Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently
• Receive shipments and verify contents for quality and accuracy
• Operate warehouse machinery safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Generate reports on inventory status and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards

 

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in inventory management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Inventory Control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficient in Data Entry and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective time management and communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in a cold environment (proper PPE will be provided).
• CLEAN BACKGROUND / DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED
