Proven accounting experience, or a strong foundation gained through internships, coursework, or academic projects2. Hands-on experience with payroll processing, or familiarity through internships, coursework, or academic training3. Familiar with creation and posting of journal entries to the accounting system4. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll is a plus5. Familiar with financial statement preparation6. Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills7. Ability to work with multiple on-line software services including 1. Square (retail revenue), 2. Bill.com (payables processing), 3. Time-card mobile apps 4. Web based ticketing 5. Credit card processing**Responsibilities**1. Solely responsible for all accounting functions2. Process bi-weekly payroll using QuickBooks Payroll3. In Season mid-May through Mid-August, train and utilize an Accounting Intern4. In Season prepare detailed Excel workbook with tips allocations to seasonal employees. Enter allocations into QuickBooks Payroll for bi-weekly payroll processing5. Upload payables invoices into Bill.com and submit for manager approval6. Download Square sales data, prepare and post journal entry into QuickBooks Online7. Review ticketing system reports. Prepare and post journal entries into QuickBooks Online8. Prepare monthly on-line sales tax returns9. Prepare monthly royalties report10. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation11. Following detailed monthly closing checklist to ensure all data is properly recorded in quickbooks12. Any other duties as assigned by General manager**Training will be provided****Hours:** Full time – 40hrs per weekLocationOn-siteKenosha, WisconsinPayPay not disclosed
