Center Director

You’ll be the face of our center—managing operations, inspiring a team of instructors, and building lasting relationships with families in our community. The Mission As Center Director, you aren’t just managing a business; you’re ensuring every student who walks through our doors develops the confidence and skills to excel. You will drive the center's growth by turning inquiries into enrollments and instructors into mentors. What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of instructors. Drive Growth: Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals. Build Community: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world‑class customer service. Ensure Quality: Oversee the "Mathnasium Method," ensuring student learning plans are accurate and effective. Master Operations: Handle the "business side"—from billing and scheduling to keeping the center customer‑ready. Who You Are A People Person: You can talk to anyone, from a struggling 2nd grader to a high school principal. Results‑Oriented: You have a "business owner" mindset and love hitting targets. Highly Organized: You can juggle sales calls, staff schedules, and student assessments without breaking a sweat. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite and learning new management software. The Details Schedule: Full-time. School Year: Mon–Thu (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM) and Sunday (12:30 PM – 4:30 PM). Summer hours vary. Background: 3+ years of leadership or management experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Training: We provide comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within your first 90 days. Salary: $50,000 – $57,000 (commensurate with experience). Bonus: Performance‑based incentives tied to center growth and objectives.
