I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to be building a brand-new team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in medical device sales, where I developed a passion for helping people, building relationships, and finding solutions to meet their needs. I’m a graduate of Indiana University and a lifelong resident of the Indianapolis area. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, golfing, and attending live music events whenever I get the chance. As a new agency, I’m looking forward to becoming deeply involved in the community and building strong relationships throughout Greenwood and the surrounding area. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chad Murray - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
