Job Type Full-time, Part-time Job Overview Total Kitchen Makeover and Total Home Organization is looking for energetic individuals to join our in-store marketing team at The Home Depot. The role involves walking the store, engaging customers, and explaining Kitchen Makeover and Home Organization Design opportunities. A full-time staff member works a short, five-hour active shift, while part-time workers can work similar hours. Immediate hiring is available for evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Actively approach customers inquiring about kitchen, closet, or garage projects. Educate customers on kitchen remodeling and home organization solutions. Schedule free in‑home design consultations with Design Consultants. Build relationships with customers and maintain a positive experience throughout the day. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid driver’s license with transportation to and from work (Required) 3 years of customer service experience (Preferred) Smartphone (Required) Active mobility – no desk work (Required) Mandatory Requirements Must pass a background check. Must be able to approach customers in store to educate them on services. Willingness to approach customers and engage in conversation.
