About the Role:

Join Renue Systems Central Texas as a Floor Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various flooring surfaces. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch floor care solutions in Central Texas Mainly Areas between San Antonio and Austin

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on various types of flooring, including carpets, tile, and hardwood.

Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to ensure optimal floor appearance and longevity.

Inspect and assess flooring conditions to determine appropriate cleaning methods.

Apply sealants, finishes, and protective coatings as needed.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in floor care or maintenance is a plus.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment a plus but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus but not required

Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
