Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and related service providers
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to help students reach their communication goals
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
