Operations Manager

We're not looking for just another Operations Manager. We're looking for a unicorn. Overhead Solutions is one of the fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies in Wisconsin, and we're searching for a high-level operations leader who can help us take our production department to the next level. This role isn't for everyone. We're looking for someone who understands roofing, siding, windows, and exterior remodeling operations. Someone who can walk a jobsite with a crew, work through challenges with Project Managers, communicate effectively with homeowners, and then return to the office to manage schedules, systems, and CRM workflows. This is a hands‑on leadership role that sits at the center of our operation. You'll work directly with our Brand President and leadership team to ensure projects are executed efficiently, customers are taken care of, and our production department continues to scale without sacrificing quality. What You'll Be Responsible For Production scheduling and workflow management Managing crews and subcontractors Supporting and developing Project Managers Customer communication and issue resolution CRM management and process accountability Monitoring job progress, quality, and profitability Coordinating materials, labor, and project timelines Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement Supporting company growth initiatives Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has: Experience in exterior remodeling, roofing, construction, or home improvement operations Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills The ability to manage both field operations and office systems Confidence leading difficult conversations with customers when challenges arise Experience working with CRMs, production software, and scheduling systems A sense of urgency and accountability A team‑first mentality Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build something special, not someone simply looking for their next job. The Reality of the Role Let's be honest. This is not a Monday‑Friday, 8‑to‑5 position. During our busy season (spring, summer, and fall), our team operates in an "all hands‑on deck" environment.
