- Relevant certifications as needed
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and assist in daily living activities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and drug screening required.
- Dress code policies must be followed.
