Registered Dietitian – Skilled Nursing Facility Austin, TX Looking for the ideal work-life balance? This opportunity offers a highly flexible schedule with just 1 day per week onsite and the ability to work remotely as needed while providing essential nutritional support to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Position Summary The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing residents' nutritional needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health and quality of life. Responsibilities Complete nutrition assessments and evaluations Develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans Provide nutrition education and counseling Participate in care plan meetings Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Requirements Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification required Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the State of Texas required Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical nutrition and regulatory knowledge Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
