Compensation: $120,000 - $250,000 yearly at plan commission Responsibilities: What You'll Do Build relationships with buyers and sellers Follow up with the provided leads Guide clients through the buying and selling process Attend coaching, training, and role-play sessions Leverage our systems and technology to serve clients at a high level Contribute to a culture built on growth, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications: Wisconsin Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one) Strong communication skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Desire to grow personally and professionally Commitment to creating exceptional client experiences Ask us about our preferred pricing for pre-licensing education.
