As a Behavioral Health RN, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and well-being of patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
