Job Title: Sleep Medicine Physician

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a BC/BE Sleep Medicine physician. This is a full-time position with Sleep Medicine responsibilities. We are looking for a physician that has a passion for sleep medicine and long-term patient relationships.

Dedicated Sleep Medicine team who are invested in teamwork and optimal patient outcomes

Supportive administration, quality care and a focus on provider and patient satisfaction

Salary: $322,911.00

Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluation and Management of patients with a full spectrum of sleep disorders
• Interpretation of diagnostic/therapeutic sleep studies and follow up with patients as appropriate
• Sleep consult management and other duties based on the needs of the service line

Qualifications include:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine
• Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of Vermont
• Must obtain and maintain a Federal DEA certificate in the State of Vermont
