Job Description

Job Description

About This Role

Looking for a job where tiny hands, big giggles, and "look what I made!" moments are just part of the daily routine? We're looking for a passionate, energetic individual who genuinely loves working with young children--not just an individual who tolerates the chaos, but someone who actually loves it. If you're the kind of person who gets excited about a great lesson plan, celebrates every milestone, and believes early childhood education can change a child's whole trajectory, we want to meet you.

Why choose us?

We are a nonprofit child care center who's been in operation for over 50 years! We staff our classrooms above state licensing requirements, so you are never working solo--every room has a co-teaching team of 3-4 people. We also invest in you: in-house coaching, plus first aid and CPR certification provided onsite at not cost.

What You'll Do

• Bring learning to life through hands-on activities rooted in developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Support potty training with patience and encouragement
• Plan individual and group activities that spark curiosity and build social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Build real relationships with families through frequent, positive communication
• Help uphold the standards that make our center a safe, trusted place for kids and families
• Keep growing--pursue your own professional development so you're always bringing your best to the classroom
